BOMMA will unveil its unique installation Cabinets of Reminiscence during Designblok 2025, set within the extraordinary interiors of the iconic Cubist Kovařovic Villa on Prague’s Rašín Embankment.
One villa. Seven rooms. Seven chapters of a story that may never have happened. Light becomes the silent observer, blurring the boundaries between reality and illusion. Each room reveals BOMMA’s
hand-blown crystal lighting pieces embedded in a site-specific set design by acclaimed Czech scenographer Marek Cpin, who infuses the villa with dramatic atmosphere, theatrical poetics, and unexpected associations. The villa thus transforms into a collection of emotions, images, light, and memories.
